Do we have same day shipping?

No. Unfortunately, we cant provide nor promise same day shipping.
However, we try to ship your product to you at the earliest convenience in the best way to possible.

What payment methods are available?

We currently only support COD (Cash On Delivery).

What type of items to we generally sell?

We aim to sell all types of miscellaneous items that are tailored to everyday needs.

Do we have any socials?

Yes we do.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to almost any location within Pakistan (and sometimes outside). If we are unable to directly deliver, we will call and be able to setup the nearest delivery/pickup point for you to collect your item.

How long do we take to deliver a product?

We dont deliver products on the same day as we dont hold such an advantage. However, we will ship your product to you at the earliest we can. It should, at most, take about 3 buisness days to process and deliver your product successfully. If you have any product questions as of progress in delivery and current location, please contact us through our small app and enter the tracking number of the parcel to receive full info and be guided on what we are doing and how long it may end up taking.

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. On checkout, you will see an order number (the order code). You can send it to us at any time and we will give you the full info of the order, containing its current location, delivery time estimate, status and other details. Just provide it upon the small question mark bubble to reach our customer support.

Can I cancel or refund my product

You may be able to. Please do note that we may ask for extra reasoning and a small review to grasp why.
Please note before cancelling:

  • If your concerned about item quality, we provide the best we can.
  • If you are out of town and concerned about your package, you can reach our customer support and we can hold your package till you arrive or give it to a trustee whose contact you provide.

If you still need to proceed with cancelation, please provide some reasoning and a small review or message to us.

As for refunds, we may need to see reasoning, item conditions, packaging and receipt.

What if my item comes damaged or tampered?

You should immediately contact customer support to get this resorted. We may ask for extra info and if we deem the item damage is our fault, we will instantly ship you a new one free of any charges. We are very sorry for any damaged item you may have received due to negligence on our end, the delivery person, or any other reason.

How do I contact customer support?

You may see a small question mark (?) inside a floating circle that doesn't affect when scrolled (if you dont then refresh the page). Click on it and you may see a "track my order" prompt. You can skip it if you arent needing to track your orders. Then ask whatever you may need to ask. Please note that a response may take a bit of time. You may also be prompted to enter your Gmail so we may reach out to you by mail for a follow up.
